Labs
All consultations require specific lab panels to be draw. These results are used during the consultation and help guide treatment protocols. Lab rate is $329 for initial panel.
Consultation
Schedule a consultation with one of our providers. During this consultation, they will go over your medical history, your current symptoms, and your treatment goals. This consultation is a comprehensive consultation that costs $249.
Customized Plan
Your treatment plan will be customized to your health goals and needs. After we review your recommended treatment plan, we will review options and cost.
