We know that the current world health pandemic is filling our days with a lot of uncertainty, confusion, and anxiety about making sure ourselves and our families stay healthy. Taking the proper precautions as laid out by the CDC such as hand-washing and sanitizing techniques are the first lines of defense in preventing the spread of unwanted and unwelcome germs. Practicing social distancing, staying home if you are feeling sick, and following the CDC guidelines are just a few ways you can contribute to slowing down the spread of coronavirus and flattening the curve.
Besides worrying about whether or not you come into contact with the coronavirus, many people are thinking about their overall health and taking steps to make sure their immune system is functioning at its best to be able to fight off the virus. Making sure you eat a balanced diet, maintain an exercise routine, and get enough sleep each night are a few ways that you can support your immune system on a daily basis. Also, ensuring that you’re getting the right vitamins and nutrients is important to maintaining immune function.
A great way to get the vitamins and nutrients you need and give your immune system a boost is through IV therapy. If you don’t have the time for a full IV therapy session, here at H2O Health Hydration Oasis, we are offering Quick Shots that could be the perfect option for you. What is a Quick Shot you ask? A Quick Shot is a vitamin-packed injection that takes seconds to administer and gives you a week’s worth of vitamins in one quick sitting. The “Immune AF” Quick Shot is designed to give your immune system a boost, increase your energy levels, improve your gut health, and cleanse your liver and kidneys. If you need to boost that immune system with a week’s worth of vitamins in less than 5 minutes! Call us at 262.277.1018 or book online to get your ‘Immune AF’ Quick Shot appointment now!
We are committed to continuing our preventative measures to reduce the coronavirus risk to our communities while still serving as a necessary healthcare facility for our patients. We have instituted a screening process for ALL patients who exhibit the following symptoms over the past two weeks:
- Fever or cough
- Shortness of breath
- General malaise/aches
Any patient with the above symptoms or general upper respiratory infection symptoms will be asked to contact their primary care provider and NOT come to the clinic for care. We ask that you kindly alert the office if this is your reason for your visit. As this is a rapidly evolving situation, we look forward to working through this together. As healthcare providers, we will do our best to provide compassionate care while maintaining safety for our community.
