Consultation
Schedule a consultation with one of our Nurse Practitioners. During this consultation, they will go over your medical history, your current symptoms, and your treatment goals. This consultation is a comprehensive consultation that costs $129.
Treatment Goals
During the initial consultation, depending on your treatment goals, we may draw lab work at this time. If your insurance plan is not in our partner lab’s network, we offer a reduced fee of $149 for your lab work. We will review all of the service offerings we offer and discuss your health goals in detail.
Customized Plan
Your treatment plan will be customized to your health goals and needs. After we review your recommended treatment plan, we will review options and cost.
